3. Medical Disclaimer

- Homoeopathy is a complementary system of medicine recognised under the Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973, in India. Our practitioners are qualified and registered homoeopathic doctors.
- Homoeopathic treatment provided by Nature's Wisdom Clinic is intended to complement, and not replace, conventional medical care. We do not advise patients to discontinue any ongoing allopathic treatment without consulting their primary healthcare provider.
- Our services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. In case of a medical emergency, please call your local emergency services or visit the nearest hospital immediately.
- Individual results may vary. The effectiveness of homoeopathic treatment depends on various factors including the nature and chronicity of the condition, patient compliance, and individual response to remedies.

4. Appointment and Cancellation Policy
4.1 Booking Appointments
- Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, or via email
- All appointments are confirmed only after successful payment of the consultation fee
- You will receive a confirmation email with your appointment details upon successful booking
- Please ensure that the information provided during booking is accurate and up-to-date
4.2 Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund, at our discretion
- Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 12 hours before the original appointment time
- No-shows (failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice) are not eligible for refunds
4.3 Clinic's Right to Cancel
Nature's Wisdom Clinic reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, doctor unavailability, or emergencies. In such cases, you will be notified promptly and offered a full refund or an alternative appointment time.
5. Online Consultation Terms
By using our online consultation services, you agree to the following:
- Technical Requirements: You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection, a device with a working camera and microphone, and a private, quiet environment for the consultation
- Platform: Online consultations are conducted via Jitsi, a secure video conferencing platform. You will receive a consultation link prior to your appointment
- Punctuality: Please join the consultation at the scheduled time. A grace period of up to 10 minutes may be provided
- Recording: Consultations are not recorded by default. Any recording requires explicit consent from both parties
- Limitations: Online consultations have inherent limitations compared to in-person examinations. Our doctors will advise you if an in-person visit is recommended
6. Payment Terms
6.1 Consultation Fees
- Consultation fees are as displayed on our website at the time of booking and are subject to change without prior notice
- All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
- Fees must be paid in full at the time of booking to confirm your appointment
6.2 Payment Processing
- Payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payments, our authorised payment gateway
- We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and other payment methods supported by Cashfree
- Nature's Wisdom Clinic does not store your complete payment card details
6.3 Refund Policy
- Refunds for eligible cancellations (as per Section 4.2) will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method
- Refunds for appointments cancelled by the clinic will be processed within 5-7 business days

7. User Accounts and Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach of your account
When using our services, you agree not to:
- Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other user accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website or services
- Use abusive, threatening, or inappropriate language or behaviour during consultations

All content on the Nature's Wisdom Clinic website -- including text, graphics, logos, images, blog articles, videos, and software -- is the property of Nature's Wisdom Clinic or its content providers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. 9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- Nature's Wisdom Clinic, its doctors, staff, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim
